Credit and Debit Card Processing (Merchant Services)

Black Country Chamber of Commerce has chosen member company Bank of Scotland Merchant Services as a preferred supplier of Credit and Debit card processing.

The benefits to our members include:

  • No joining fee
  • Very simple procedure to transfer to Bank of Scotland Merchant Services
  • Members don’t have to move their bank accounts to Bank of Scotland

Terminal Rental

£14.28 + VAT for each terminal, per month based on a five year contract. This will be for the most up-to-date terminal and will include the Pin pad to allow you to accept Chip cards with Pin at the point of sale.

Settlement of funds will be transaction day plus 3 if the reconciliation is completed by 6pm in the evening. If reconciliation is later then settlement will be transaction day plus four. Commercial Card transactions will be charged at a premium of 0.6% on the matrix pricing. All refunds will be charged at 10p.

**Members do not have to change bankers but Bank of Scotland Merchant Services would be pleased to provide an introduction if required.
