Serviced Offices go from Strength to Strength Under New Development

After being converted from a large and well known Lock Factory, West Midlands House opened its doors in 1993 to provide managed and serviced workspaces to small and large companies alike, in a business centre community environment.

Some of the first residents there still remain.

Now under new ownership, this iconic building is going through an exciting and extensive re-branding, offering a wider range of bespoke, flexible workspaces and office solutions to service the ever-changing needs of its local businesses and workers.

Virtual Offices, co-working solutions in a shared space, and a proposed new Business Hub, are just a few of the new areas to be encompassed under this next phase of its development. Home workers who need a quiet space just for a few days a week, or out of town professionals who need a touch-down office will have access to all of these facilities on an easy and affordable basis.

The meeting and training rooms at West Midlands House are available to external users as well as residents. They have already been refurbished to a high standard, with modern and high speed technology solutions to cater for all kinds of industry.

Look out for new upcoming events and offerings from West Midlands House, as well as an official relaunch in the coming weeks!
