Thirteen New Faces as Law Firm Invests in Next Generation

A group of assistant solicitors, trainees and paralegals have been taken on by a leading Midlands law firm as part of its cross-divisional growth plans.

mfg Solicitors has made 13 appointments with the new recruits training and working across the firm’s departments including civil litigation, conveyancing, private client, agriculture and rural affairs and employment.

Assistant solicitor Freya Feghali will work within the firm’s civil litigation department, whilst Chris Amys has also joined as an assistant solicitor, supporting the firm’s employment and HR services team. The employment team is also boosted by new paralegal Amy McGowan Docherty.

Paralegals Emily Clare-Howe and Katie Hodson join the commercial division along with Jessica Moore, Jessica McSorely within the civil litigation division and Kiran Sandhu also a paralegal, will work within mfg’s commercial team.

Three trainees joining the firm are Annmarie Forster within the civil litigation division, Georgina Parry within residential conveyancing, and Jack Morley who will work within the agriculture and rural affairs department. Each will gain experience in different departments throughout their training.

The two final appointments are within the firm’s private client department. Cheryl Styles joins as a legal case worker manager whilst newly qualified assistant solicitor Ellie Day becomes a permanent member of the team.

mfg Solicitors, which has offices across Worcestershire and Shropshire, have a total 188 employees, 33 of which are partners.
