Certificate of Quality for MBM

QA certificateMBM Limited is delighted to have passed their recent Quality Audit. The QA Certificate, which they’ve held since 2013, confirms they operate a Quality Management System which complies with BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 for the ‘provision of IT Support Services’.

Nigel Mills, managing director at MBM, says: “We’ve been providing quality IT support services to businesses across the West Midlands since 1990, however, a certificate provides real evidence to our customers that we operate a quality service.”

He added: “Whilst MBM and technical staff are accredited with a number of bodies in the IT sector such as Microsoft, Adobe, HP etc, ISO is an international quality standard that businesses understand.”
