Dudley Mayor Leading Local Business 30th Birthday Celebrations

KMB ShippingOn 6th December 2017, the Mayor of Dudley will be joining local freight forwarding firm KMB Shipping Group for their 30th Birthday celebrations at their offices at Castle Mill.

With his commitment to celebrate the achievements of local businesses, the Mayor is attending the KMB Shipping Group offices to take part in the celebrations.  

Paul Hull, European and Irish Director at KMB Shipping Group, says: “30 successful years of trading in the Black Country is an incredible milestone, and we are honoured to have the Mayor of Dudley here to join us in our celebrations. Our operations team is stronger than ever, and along with our valued customers, is key to bringing KMB Shipping Group to where we are today.”

KMB Shipping Group was established in 1987 in Oldbury, moving to Tipton in 1992. Originally comprising of two companies, Daily Irish Services and KMB Intermodal, with less than 8 employees in total, the two were merged in 2009 to create the KMB Shipping Group. Now with twice as many employees, the company has grown from strength to strength, and expanded their services from freight forwarding to providing total transport solutions, including worldwide shipping, export documentation and packing, and customs insurance.
