Family Run Business Places Emphasis On Quality Customer Service

West Bromwich-based Warley Carriers are geared for growth following the development of their new multi-million pound state-of-the-art facility, with the transport and logistics company placing an emphasis upon the provision of high quality customer service. In particular, they ascribe to the four tenants of consistency, integrity, passion and accountability.

Established in 1972, Warley Carriers operate an extensive company owned fleet specialising in the transportation and distribution of goods across the Irish Sea, handling shipments on behalf of a wide range of blue chip clients. They are a true family run business lead by father and son partnership, Gerry and Chris Kibble, who harness the ethics of a family organisation as well as championing innovative thinking.

Chris Kibble, a Director at Warley Carriers, commented: “Warley Carriers are a family run business that truly cares for our clients and their shipments. Our reputation has built on our capability to do what we say we will and our commitment to providing the best service levels possible. Furthermore, our loyal clients, some of whom have been with us since we began, are great testimonials for our caring approach and attention to detail.

“Looking ahead, we have now set a multi-million-pound expansion to grow the business and have purchased another site bigger than the one we have already in West Bromwich, joining both premises together. We have designed this expansion from start to finish with not only the vision for what it would look like in the end, but how this would work for our staff - the care and thought that has gone into the project has been sublime.

“In essence, this will not only mean more inward investment into the Black Country area, but we will also be able to offer more employment to the region. As an organisation, Warley Carriers strive to enhance investment into the local area, and being a strong family run business that cares not just about everything we do.”
