New Appointment Brings a Wealth of Experience

Laura WestwoodWater retailer South Staffs Water Business has appointed Laura Westwood (pictured) to the role of Key Account Manager.

Laura, who lives in Walsall, joins the business from the specialist contracting and consultancy firm Hydrosave where she spent five years working her way up to the position of leader of the revenues maximisation team.

Prior to this, Laura worked for South Staffs Water as an admin assistant at Blithfield Reservoir where her role saw her doing everything from writing press releases to standing waist deep in water to help the estates team.

Away from work, Laura enjoys spending time with her friends, family and two rescue cats. She has recently started studying for an A-Level in psychological profiling in her spare time.

Laura said: “I’ve been given a really warm welcome and have enjoyed meeting the team. I’m looking forward to getting stuck into my new role and learning how I can help customers to get the best possible service.”

South Staffs Water Business is a trading brand of Pennon Water Services, a 80:20 Joint Venture between the Pennon Group and South Staffordshire Plc, which is licensed by Ofwat and provides water retail services across Great Britain.

“Laura brings a huge amount of knowledge and experience to PWS which will add to our customer service offering. I’m delighted to welcome her to the team,” said Richard Stanbrook, Director of Pennon Water Services.
