The Foundry is a bold new initiative created to engage, develop, and connect the next generation of business leaders across the Black Country.
Built for ambitious professionals and business owners aged 35 and under, it provides a platform to build meaningful relationships, share experiences, and grow influence within a strong peer network.
More than just networking, The Foundry is member-led and purpose-driven. Through high-quality events, open conversation, and collaborative learning, members gain real insight, visibility, and confidence while shaping the future of the regional business community.
The Foundry is led by a committee of members who will deliver 12 high-quality networking events per year, these Friday lunchtime events will be hosted by our venue partner, Digbeth Dining Club’s The Dockworks, on the Waterfront, Dudley.
Foundry members enjoy automatic access to all Foundry events throughout the year. Those who are not Foundry members can simply sign up for the individual events that they’d like to attend.
