At the third in our series of quarterly International Trade and Brexit events we are delighted to welcome David Bailey, Professor of Business Economics at the University of Birmingham. He will be discussing the future of the automotive industry and the challenges posed by the UK’s departure from the EU.

In addition, hear first-hand from some of the Black Country’s leading figures on a host of important business issues, including information from Forresters, sponsors of our International Trade work and a firm who provide clear, sensible and practical advice to clients looking to protect their intellectual property.

You will also have the opportunity to hear from Peter Wilding, Brexit Analyst at FBC Manby Bowdler, a company who work extensively with Black Country manufacturers and sponsors of the Chamber’s own Manufacturing Campaign.

As the UK’s business communities prepare for withdrawal from the European Union, find out about the work the Chamber have been doing to ensure that our businesses are as prepared as possible.  There will also be an update on the latest work of the Chamber, including the Brexit Business Health Check and the Europe Direct Information Centre.
