Would you like to become more confident, polished and professional in your sales approach?
This workshop is designed specifically for smaller sized businesses where looking after sales may be just one of the many disciplines you are responsible for.
In this workshop we look at the role of the ‘human salesperson’.
We focus on how you can enhance your existing skills whilst honing them with elements of established best practice; allowing you to sell in a ‘non-sales’ way.
We take a look at the sales psychology of the seller, and the buyer, and we question your listening skills, value selling, how to handle objections and your all-important closing skills.
The sales industry across the UK can sometimes create a negative image.
It can often deter people from the most essential role in any organisation and sometimes hinder driving sales forward.
Our training is delivered in a relaxed and enjoyable environment and with no uncomfortable role play.
