A half-day workshop designed to explore the fundamentals of Lean Thinking and deliver positive business improvement.

Open to anyone and any industry sector, looking to gain insight or refresh their appreciation of Lean Thinking and how it enables performance change.

The workshop will present and discuss the following topics:
  • What is Lean Thinking
  • The need for change
  • Work activity and its value within the organisation
  • Identifying and taking steps to eliminate waste
  • Lean in today’s world
Designed to explore the fundamentals of Lean Thinking and provide attendees with a wider appreciation of its principles and demonstrate when adopted it can make a positive impact on the financial performance, as well as help an organisation be better equipped to react to today’s business challenges.

This workshop forms part of a wider programme of training and coaching events, which will guide and support organisations to achieve a state of operational excellence through the adoption of Lean Thinking.
