We are excited to announce that AJT Equipment has achieved the Thrive at Work Foundation Level Certification from the West Midlands Combined Authority!

The Thrive at Work program is designed to help organizations enhance the health and well-being of their workforce. By earning this certification, AJT has demonstrated its dedication to implementing effective health and well-being strategies, ensuring that our team members feel valued, supported, and empowered.

Our journey towards this certification involved a comprehensive assessment of our workplace practices, including mental health support, physical activity initiatives, and overall employee engagement. We are proud of the positive changes we have set out to make and the impact they have had and will continue to have on our team.
