Midlands Engineering Firm AJT Equipment Supplies Huge 3,000-Tonne Tensile-Test Machine to Anker Schroeder in Dortmund, Germany.
AJT Equipment Ltd, are thrilled to announce the successful delivery, installation, and commissioning of an ultramodern 3000 Tonne tensile test machine to Anker Schroeder in Dortmund, Germany. This innovative machine marks a significant milestone in high-capacity material testing, reinforcing AJT Equipment’s commitment to engineering excellence and innovation.
The 3000 Tonne tensile test machine is designed to push the boundaries of material testing. This impressive piece of equipment offers unparalleled capabilities, including:
- Proof Load Test Capacity: 150 Tonne to 3000 Tonne.
- Break Test Capacity: Up to 2000 Tonne.
- Versatile Sample Testing: Accommodates shackles and tie-rods ranging from 1 to 7 meters in length.
- Advanced Hydraulic System: Powered by two 55kW hydraulic pumps—a single pump is used for energy efficiency or both are used if faster testing speeds are required.
- Comprehensive Data Logging: Our proprietary software enables operators to program and store a full range of test criteria, ensuring precise and repeatable results.
- Engineering Marvel: Weighing over 120 Tonnes, nearly 15 meters in length and over two meters high. Transporting this engineering giant required eight vehicles to make the journey from the West Midlands, UK, to Germany.
Now installed in a specially designed pit at Anker Schroeder, enabling safe and accessible operations for engineers and testing personnel. Engineering Excellence – made in here in the Midlands.
