DOM UK apprentice Bradley Greensill named a finalist at the 2025 Occupational Awards, a proud achievement showcasing talent and growth in the Black Country.
On 16th October, members of the Nova Training and DOM UK teams attended the Occupational Awards Limited Apprenticeship Awards at York Racecourse, an inspiring evening celebrating the achievements and dedication of apprentices and mentors across a range of industries.
We were immensely proud to see Bradley Greensill, who travelled with his line manager Paul Hill (Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality Manager), named a finalist for Process & Improvement Apprentice of the Year, a huge accomplishment given the calibre of competition, which included multinational companies such as Nestlé, Britvic, and Arla.
Although Bradley didn’t take home the trophy, reaching the final four is an outstanding achievement and a testament to his hard work, commitment, and growth throughout his apprenticeship journey. His success reflects DOM UK’s ongoing investment in developing future talent and nurturing the next generation of skilled professionals within the Black Country.
