Wolverhampton-based Mindset, Action and Speaker Coach Clare Roberts-Molloy has been recognised at the Woman Who Achieves Awards 2026, receiving an award celebrating excellence in business at the National Conference Centre.
Black Country Chamber Member Clare Roberts-Molloy has been recognised at the Woman Who Achieves Awards 2026, receiving an award celebrating excellence in business at the prestigious ceremony held at the National Conference Centre on Friday 8th May.
Founded and hosted by Sandra Garlick MBE, the Woman Who Achieves Awards shine a spotlight on women making an outstanding impact through leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation and community contribution.
Clare Roberts-Molloy, a Wolverhampton-based Mindset, Action and Speaker Coach, was recognised for her work supporting women, particularly those in midlife, to build confidence, increase visibility and take bold action in both life and business. She is also the founder and curator of TEDxWolverhampton, founder and CEO of Periods Matter, founder of the SHE Network Wolverhampton, and host of the “It’s Never Too Late” podcast.
Over recent years, Clare has become known for her work helping women step into leadership, use their voice and create meaningful second acts in business and life. Through coaching programmes, speaking opportunities, networking events and live experiences, she champions the message that it is never too late to achieve your goals.

Speaking after the event,
Clare said: “I was genuinely shocked when my name was announced. To be recognised alongside so many incredible women in business was really special, and something I’m incredibly grateful for. So much of my work is about helping women realise that they are capable of more, that their experience matters and that they don't have to stay small or shrink themselves. To receive this award for doing work that I truly love means a great deal.
As someone proudly based in Wolverhampton, it also feels wonderful to be recognised for creating opportunities, platforms and spaces that help women across our city and beyond grow in confidence and visibility.”
The awards brought together female founders, leaders, creatives and change-makers from across the UK to celebrate achievements in business and community impact.
Alongside her coaching business, Clare is also known for organising large-scale events including the Wolverhampton International Women’s Day Conference and for supporting speakers to share powerful stories and messages through platforms such as TEDx.
