Chamber Members collaborate on training

Winster Limited were delighted with the results of their most recent partnership with another Chamber member. PLT Training provided their forklift truck training at Winster’s premises in Willenhall with a three day course in December and a further two days in January.
Winster Limited were delighted with the results of their most recent partnership with another Chamber member. PLT Training provided their forklift truck training at Winster’s premises in Willenhall with a three day course in December and a further two days in January.
As a result, three members of the Winster team are now qualified operators of two different types of forklift trucks, extending the flexibility and capacity of the team to manage the warehouse inventory and get orders delivered to customers.
Avril and Jack, two recent members of the Winster team and Val Gardner, Managing Director, all passed with flying colours! Commenting on the training, Val said “At Winster we are committed to building the skills and experience of our team as well as meeting the expectations of our customers. The forklift training delivered by PLT Training has been a great example of how we can collaborate with other Chamber members to develop our people in a way that benefits our customers.”
