Stone's Throw Media and Compton Care successfully launch a powerful Christmas fundraising video.

Two member organisations of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce are celebrating after the successful launch of a powerful Christmas fundraising video.

Created by Stone’s Throw Media in partnership with Compton Care, the ‘Christmas isn’t cancelled’ video was the focal point of a fundraising campaign of the same name launched by the charity for the Christmas 2018 period.

Designed to help “Keep Christmas Extraordinary”, Compton’s campaign was centred on one theme – that life with an incurable illness doesn't mean that the festivities at that time of year have to stop.

To highlight this theme, Stone’s Throw Media joined forces with the charity – and some professional actors – for the video you can view by clicking on the link below.

The video was designed to be at the forefront of the campaign, with it being used by the charity on its website and social media channels at the time of the campaign’s launch.

Speaking about the video and the campaign as a whole, Matt Weston, co-founder of Stone’s Throw Media, said:

“It’s always a privilege for us to work with charitable organisations in the region, and this project with Compton Care was no exception to that.

“Our fantastic video production team worked really closely with the charity to ensure that the video played out exactly how they wanted it to, and of course we must thank the actors involved for helping us to achieve this too.”
