June 2025 saw Chopstix eatery open in Mander Centre on the top floor opening onto Dudley street selling mouth watering chinese food to dine in or take away.
It was a bustling day at the Mander Centre in Wolverhampton as Chopstix, the popular noodle bar chain, officially opened its doors to the public. More than 100 eager customers lined the streets to be among the first to try the newest addition to the city’s food scene.
Opening at 11am on Monday 23rd June, the restaurant saw a strong turnout, with hundreds visiting throughout the day to get a taste of its Chinese-style noodle offerings. Known for its build-your-own boxes and set menu options, Chopstix serves up fast, flavorful Asian fusion dishes, from crispy chicken katsu to sweet & sour chicken and stir-fried noodles.
The excitement around the launch reflects the growing demand for quick, affordable, and tasty dining options in Wolverhampton’s busy shopping district. With its fresh ingredients and customisable meals, Chopstix is aiming to become a go-to spot for locals and shoppers alike.
