The two family-run firms embrace their valued connection through the Black Country Chamber.
Coinadrink Limited is proud to announce a new partnership with Thomas Dudley, a long-established and respected manufacturer based in the heart of the Black Country, and fellow Chamber of Commerce members!
The collaboration began towards the end of last year, when Thomas Dudley was seeking a more reliable refreshment operator that could deliver the quality of service their business required. Through our shared membership with the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, introductions were made, showcasing the real value of collaboration between local organisations.
As proud Chamber members for over 50 years, we have always believed in the power of community and best practice. This new partnership is a shining example of how membership continues to open doors and create lasting opportunities.
Working closely with Thomas Dudley, our Business Development Executive Shireen Bragg took the time to understand their business, their people, and their refreshment needs. From hot drinks to chilled cans, snacks to water coolers, Shireen recommended the right mix of vending solutions to keep their team refreshed.
Michele Bickerton, People and Development Director at Thomas Dudley, was impressed:

With over 400 staff across their sites, reliable service was a key priority. Thomas Dudley has since praised both the quality of the refreshments and the ongoing maintenance, noting the welcome absence of complaints from employees, replaced instead with happy, hydrated, and well-caffeinated team members.
