Creative design agency TPSquared celebrates double awards success

Creative design agency TPSquared is celebrating after being awarded two prestigious business accolades at the Black Country Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
The West Midlands-based business was crowned the winner of the Consultancy & Professional Services and Small Business of the Year categories.
The awards, which took place at University of Wolverhampton at The Halls on November 21, celebrated the achievements of the region's business community.
The Consultancy & Professional Services award recognised TPSquared for its exceptional performance and impact in delivering value to its customers as well as its innovation and sustainable and profitable growth.
The awards judges said: “TPSquared is an inspirational female-owned company that’s all about collaboration and people. In addition, their extensive work with local charities is commendable.”
The Small Business of the Year award acknowledged TPSquared for its consistent revenue growth and profitability, innovative services, positive workplace culture and strategic plan to generate further success.
The awards judges said: “TPSquared won this award for successfully growing the business over the last four years, while looking after their expanding team. Founder Carolyn Smith ensures that her strong ethos and beliefs, together with her passion to help clients, always shines through.”
TPSquared managing director Carolyn Smith said: “We are thrilled to have won these two awards. Everyone in the team has worked exceptionally hard to build up the business since it was established five years ago.
“To be working with international brands and employing a team of such talented people is a terrific achievement. I am excited to see what the future holds.”
TPSquared are design-led creatives who help marketing teams and business owners shape brands that they are proud of.
From logo design and brand identity to beautifully designed brochures and marketing materials, the agency provides straightforward help and advice to businesses from scale-ups to established brands.
Founded in 2019, TPSquared has grown to provide services for clients across the financial services, education, charity, manufacturing, construction and healthcare sectors.
The company has picked up a total of four awards this year. In June, TPSquared was crowned Best Branding Agency at the Midlands Enterprise Awards 2024, an accolade awarded by SME News.
In October, TPSquared won the Business Community Contribution Award at South Staffordshire Council’s 50th Anniversary Awards. The agency has raised more than £6,300 for charities and donated more than £50,000 worth of reading books to community organisations working with children aged between three and 12 years.
Proud to be based in the West Midlands, TPSquared is one of the founding members of the Creative Chain, a network of creative and digital agencies in the Black Country set up to increase collaboration and encourage organisations to keep their marketing and advertising spend local.
