The DWP Disability Unit has opened a consultation exploring the topic of workforce reporting on disability for large employers

The Disability Unit has opened a consultation exploring the topic of workforce reporting on disability – both voluntary and mandatory – for large employers (250 employees and above).

The Consultation  can be accessed at: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/disability-workforce-reporting and ends on the 8 April 2022.

They would like to hear from:

  • employers and their representative groups
  • disabled people disabled people’s organisations
  • disability staff networks and representatives
