A leading IT specialist has become the latest company to upgrade its Black Country Chamber of Commerce membership by joining The Platinum Group.

Superfast IT, based in Stourbridge, has stepped up from Gold level to unlock additional benefits with the region’s longest running business support organisation.

The Platinum Group is the Black Country Chamber of Commerce’s exclusive platform to bring together senior leaders to tackle the challenges impacting their organisation and to find opportunities to improve the prospects of the region.

With regular peer discussions aimed at gaining insights from other sectors and building partnerships, members of The Platinum Group get a thorough business review identifying opportunities to grow along with benefits including priority invites to strategic events.

Focused on delivering superfast IT support, strong cybersecurity, and strategic technology guidance, Superfast IT’s team of 15 staff support more than 80 companies and 1,500 people across Greater Birmingham and The Black Country.

Launched in 2002, Superfast IT is a Microsoft partner and developed its cyber security offer by partnering with leading organisations including the West Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre and technology vendors to keep up to date with the evolving threats.

The Black Country Chamber of Commerce is the leading business support agency for firms based within or doing business across Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell and Walsall.
