Hard Work Pays Off with Record Growth for Nant

Nant Ltd, a long-standing water safety and Legionella control SME nestled in the heart of the Black Country, experiences record levels of growth and inches ever closer to being officially recognised as a "medium enterprise".
2017 saw the start of a process that would eventually lead to a sequence of rapid expansion, increased performance and record success. Throughout the previous year, the company invested in a number of projects and since starting the new year, has seen some serious payoff for the hard work that went in.
From instigating an annual 1-2-1 client review process in order to provide every customer with the commitment and unique services for their needs. To entering into the world of bid writing and winning contracts for councils including Medway, Sandwell and Walsall. Forging strategic partnerships with organisations like the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, and Planit Global, has elevated the exposure and engagement with businesses across the UK.
These partnerships have blossomed from fledgling enquiries to strong mutually beneficial relationships that have enabled Nant to increase their client portfolio to just over 4000 properties, a staggering increase from the 2800 from this time last year and is projected to 5000 before the end of the year.
This rapid expansion has caused an upsurge in recruitment, elevating the workforce to 43 full time employees, a new high for the company. As the business continues to reach new heights, recruitment is set to become a huge part of the everyday operations and reaching the threshold of 50 employees and Â£5 million turnover is inevitable.
