Is It Compliant?

  • Yes. Under HMRC and Companies House guidance, your registered office:
  • Must be in the same UK jurisdiction your company is incorporated in
  • Must be able to receive statutory post (which we handle for you)
  • Must be accessible for inspection if required (we ensure this is covered)

We meet all these conditions and more.

Our address is in Halesowen, West Midlands, suitable for clients across England and Wales.

You can also opt to have your directors’ service addresses at our office too, if privacy is especially important.
