Domestic Abuse, it's Everyone's Business.
I believe businesses have an important role to play in creating workplaces where people feel safe to speak up and where colleagues and managers know what to do when concerns arise.
I help workplaces understand how domestic abuse can present itself in the workplace, how to recognise potential signs and how to respond appropriately and safely.
This can include awareness sessions, guidance for managers and colleagues, and helping organisations develop a more confident and informed approach to supporting employees affected by domestic abuse.
