We are searching for a Service Desk Administrator to join our team!
CSCM value their customers and the service they receive. Therefore it is vital we have a strong internal team to support our service desk.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our passion for outstanding customer service.
This role encompasses supporting the IT Service Desk Team with all inbound enquiries and handling communication between customers, third parties and internal technical staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring tickets are of sufficient quality to act on as well as prioritising and assigning them to the Technical Team.
As part of the role you will also be assigned as primary contact for a number of existing CSCM customers.
