People can find out how to kick off the new year with a qualification at an open day at City of Wolverhampton College later this month.


?The college’s three main campuses?- Paget Road in Compton, Wellington Road in Bilston and Metro One in the city centre -?will be open?on Saturday, 25 January, 10am-2pm to give people the chance to talk to staff about qualifications?to improve their skills and boost their job prospects.?? 

Tutors will have with?details of?part-time?courses?getting underway in the coming weeks, as well as full-time courses starting in September and apprenticeship vacancies with employers in the local area. ?? 

Prospective students can have a tour of the college’s industry standard-training facilities, get hands-on with equipment from different courses, and speak to careers advisers about the best routes into their chosen field.  

Those attending can apply for their course whilst at the event, have an interview with a member of the?college’s?admissions team and, subject to entry criteria,?leave?with the?offer?of a place to start their qualification?later in the year.??????
