Miss Chief Threads, the official merchandise partner of the Black Country Chamber Business Awards 2025, has unveiled a special limited edition tee in support of the Chamber’s Charity of the Year, Beacon Centre for the Blind.
The exclusive design celebrates inclusivity, accessibility, and the power of community, reflecting Miss Chief Threads’ commitment to meaningful storytelling through fashion.
Available to purchase online via the Miss Chief Threads website, the tee will be on sale until Thursday 20th November. In a shared commitment to community impact, 20% of profits from any tee sold from Miss Chief Threads’ Bostin’ range, including the limited edition Beacon tee, between Monday 29th September and Thursday 20th November, will be donated to Beacon Centre for the Blind.
Beacon is a leading charity that provides essential support to individuals living with sight loss across the Black Country and beyond. Their work helps people build independence, confidence, and ambition, while also educating the wider public about the realities of living with visual impairment. From rehabilitation services and digital inclusion to employment support and community outreach, Beacon’s impact is far-reaching and life-changing.
This initiative is proudly supported by TPSquared, a creative agency dedicated to helping businesses across the region improve inclusivity through accessible design best practices. Their involvement ensures the campaign reflects the values of all partners and promotes meaningful change in how organisations approach accessibility and representation through their brand.
Lisa Sadler-Todd, CEO of Beacon Centre for the Blind, shared her appreciation for the partnership: “We’re incredibly proud to collaborate with Miss Chief Threads on this inspiring project. Their mission to amplify underrepresented voices through fashion aligns beautifully with our own commitment to empowering people living with sight loss. We’re also deeply grateful to TPSquared for their continued support in championing accessible design. Together, we’re showing how creativity and inclusivity can go hand in hand to make a real difference.”
Carolyn, Founder of Miss Chief Threads and TPSquared, added: “This collaboration is more than just a t-shirt. It’s a statement of solidarity and shared purpose. Working alongside Beacon has been a privilege, and we’re honoured to help raise awareness and funds for such an impactful organisation. Fashion can be a powerful tool for change, and we’re proud to be part of that movement.”
Supporters of Beacon are encouraged to act quickly to secure this powerful symbol of community and inclusion. This exclusive piece of wearable art not only makes a bold statement – it directly contributes to life-changing support for individuals living with sight loss. By wearing the tee, supporters are helping to build a more inclusive future, one garment at a time.
