CSCM, which was established in 2000, has bought the additional site at Swallowfield Courtyard on the Wolverhampton Road, Oldbury.

CSCM, which was established in 2000, has bought the additional site at Swallowfield Courtyard on the Wolverhampton Road, Oldbury.

The company works globally providing quality information technology solutions to businesses using specific market knowledge to adopt relevant cutting edge technology to suit the demands of their clients, building fantastic long-term relationships with their customers based on trust and reliability.

Jude Thompson, Chamber President commented "The new premises will enable us to expand and grow our team in the short term, with our longer term goal being to expand our offering internationally as a number of our UK clients have international premises and offerings."

Mike Orefice, Barclays business manager in the Black Country said: "Jude and his strong team have become established within their sector and these new premises will provide a platform on which he can further expand the business."

Shaun Owen, partner and head of business services at SME Solicitors advised on and implemented the legal aspects of the deal and added: "We were delighted to work with Jude and the CSCM team and Barclays to ensure that all legal aspects including liaising with holders of other third party interests and that the financing aspects for the transaction were co-ordinated to ensure that the purchase was completed smoothly and on time.
