A Wolverhampton-based not-for-profit organisation is celebrating after being the only health Cash Plan provider to be shortlisted for not only one, but two national industry awards.
Paycare has been selected as a finalist in both the Intermediary and SME Business Policy of the year categories at the lauded Commercial Insurance Awards 2018.
The awards, which have been held annually since 2013, are unique in rewarding the particular issues around the insurance of commercial enterprises. In 2018 shortlisted businesses will be recognised for their achievements across 16 separate categories.
In being shortlisted, Paycare is being acknowledged for its efforts firstly in relation to customer service and in particular the innovative use of technology or resources. And secondly, in relation to the SME Business Policy category, recognition is attributed to Paycare on the basis of truly meeting the demands, and protecting the interests, of SMEs in the UK.
Kevin Rogers, CEO of Paycare, said: "We are extremely proud to have received two nominations at the Commercial Insurance Awards. The whole team has worked so hard in 2017 to deliver more and more benefits to our Policyholders and the local community, and I am delighted for everyone that they are getting this recognition.
"It is particularly pleasing that we are being praised for our customer service as this is a core area of focus for Paycare. We pride ourselves on constantly innovating to meet our customers' needs and are always mindful of the extra things we can do to make the lives of all our Policyholders that little bit easier."
All winners will be formally announced at a dedicated ceremony in London on the 8th March 2018.
A well-respected and dedicated not-for-profit health cover provider, Paycare has helped individuals, families and businesses across the UK protect themselves against everyday healthcare costs and bills for over 140 years.
