Driving Growth, Productivity, and Employee Development
In today’s fast-paced and competitive business environment, organisations are constantly seeking ways to enhance performance, boost productivity, and foster employee development. One highly effective tool that has gained significant traction in recent years is workplace coaching. With its focus on empowering individuals to find their own solutions, develop confidence in their skills, and ultimately improve performance, coaching has proven to be a game-changer in unlocking the full potential of employees and driving organisational success.
As a leadership coach working with managers and leaders across private sector organisations, I have had the recent opportunity to offer coaching sessions to several staff at a local manufacturing company. We’ve seen fantastic outcomes in our coachees such as developing assertiveness as a new manager, enhancing confidence in presentation skills, and managing the ‘tricky’ member of the team with a new approach that works. At Jessica Shields Coaching Ltd we are passionate about helping leaders and managers be their best. Here’s what the HR Director has commented on the whole process:
“I have had the incredible opportunity to work with Jess recently in introducing coaching within my organisation for a number of our colleagues. The experience and service provided by Jess has been nothing short of transformative for our colleagues. From the beginning Jess has demonstrated an in-depth understanding of our company objectives for coaching by sharing this journey collectively, creating tailored coaching to each colleague’s unique needs.
Jess has the ability to ask thought provoking questions that encourage self-discovery whilst opening the mindset to identify strengths within to grow and further develop to navigate obstacles and unlock one’s full potential.
Beyond Jess’s coaching skills, she is also coupled with the greatest empathy one could wish to engage with as well as being fully invested in the success of colleagues coaching journeys. I would thoroughly recommend anyone wishing to embark on a coaching journey to do so in collaboration with Jess.” ?

The impact of coaching on employee performance is profound. A study conducted by the International Coach Federation (ICF) found that 86% of organisations that invested in coaching reported a positive return on investment, with 96% of participants indicating that they would repeat the coaching process.
This highlights the substantial benefits that coaching can bring to an organisation, both in terms of individual growth and overall productivity.
