Three Platinum Group Chamber Members Join Forces to Deliver Service Excellence

In a sparkling example of local collaboration, three Platinum Group members of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce have come together to deliver outstanding service, seamless communication, and a proper cuppa to boot.

Thomas Dudley Ltd, a long-standing Black Country manufacturer, has recently revamped its workplace refreshments by switching to Coinadrink Limited, a fellow Chamber Platinum Group member. The new partnership, which began in December 2024, has already received glowing feedback.

“The service, professionalism, and products from Coinadrink are absolutely brilliant,” said Michele Bickerton, People & Development Director at Thomas Dudley. “They just get it—it’s been great working with them.”

Joining the party more recently is Lawrence Cleaning, another Platinum Group member now providing cleaning services across multiple Thomas Dudley sites.

“So far, the communication and service from Lawrence has been top notch,” Michele added. “A big part of a working relationship is good communication—and both Coinadrink and Lawrence Cleaning deliver that in boatloads.”
