Truckman Apprentice Achieves Distinction And Secures Full-Time Job

Truckman, the leading manufacturer and distributor of 4x4 vehicle accessories has rewarded apprentice Kian Wheatley with a full-time job after completing his paid internship.

Having started his apprenticeship with the the Dudley-based company in 2019, Kian has passed his Level 3 CIM Digital Marketing qualifications, achieving a distinction, and has now joined the marketing team at Truckman on a permanent basis.

As Marketing Assistant Kian, who is from Stourbridge, will support Truckman’s online and offline promotions of its extensive range of vehicle accessories, including content for its e-commerce website and social media marketing across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.

Kian is the latest in a number of Truckman apprentices who have gone on to secure full-time roles with the business. These include Jordan Clarke and Josh Dowd who have both completed their warehouse apprenticeships and are now full-time Warehouse and Fitting Operatives at Truckman.

Kian Wheatley said: “Everyone has been really supportive throughout my apprenticeship and I am really proud to join Truckman full-time. I have quickly gained a passion for this industry and love working with the marketing team coming up with innovative ways to promote our products.”

Mike Wheeler, Executive Chairman of Truckman, said: “Kian’s attitude and hard work shone through during his apprenticeship and we’re really pleased he will continue as part of our marketing team.
