Truckman, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of 4x4 accessories, has appointed a new Ecommerce Manager to oversee the company’s growing online presence and sales.

Truckman, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of 4x4 accessories, has appointed a new Ecommerce Manager to oversee the company’s growing online presence and sales.

Car enthusiast and experienced digital sales professional, David Byrne, is responsible for enhancing Truckman’s website and its ecommerce platform, which offers around 25,000 different vehicle accessory products. He will also manage Truckman’s online optimisation to support the generation of digital sales and work closely with web and software developers to ensure the company can provide a consistent and high-quality service for online customers.

Throughout his career, David has gained a wealth of experience in website marketing, digital sales and design in a variety of sectors.

Prior to joining Truckman, David was successfully growing sales on a business to business website for Ellison’s Hair and Beauty Wholesaler as Ecommerce Manager. He also has had experience working in a business to consumer team at Mobile Fun, where he spent time in ecommerce management.

David said: “Truckman is a highly respected company in the UK automotive sector, so I am delighted to have joined the team. I am very excited to use my experience in website marketing to accelerate the company’s sales across a number of online channels and platforms.”
