Truckman expands sales team to meet demand for expanding accessory range

Truckman, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of 4x4 accessories, has bolstered its sales team with two new additions, including the appointment of a new Sales Office Manager.

Truckman, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of 4x4 accessories, has bolstered its sales team with two new additions, including the appointment of a new Sales Office Manager.

Mark Stidston joins the West Midlands-based company as Sales Office Manager with more than two decades experience across the motor trade and water treatment industries, with expertise in corporate sales and managing national accounts.

He was previously Regional Manager at Dakro Environmental Services and takes responsibility at Truckman for its sales strategies, business development and client relationship activities. Mark will also support the development of Truckman’s team of 12 office-based sales staff.

Among the team is its most recent recruit, Eolyn Simmonds, who joins as a Sales Executive after 14 years with parcel carrier DPD. She had progressed to the role of Senior Sales Executive with the distribution company, developing excellent account management experience and business generation expertise.

The growth in Truckman’s sale force reflects the increased demand for its expanding range of vehicle accessories. Recognised as the UK’s leading designer and manufacturer of hardtops for pick-up trucks and a major supplier of van and 4x4 accessories, Truckman works closely with a wide range of customers including dealership networks, fleet operators, SMEs and private vehicle owners.

Truckman has also seen strong growth in the development of its vehicle racking division, which provides storage solutions for vans and pick-up trucks and holds OEM endorsements from Volkswagen UK and Toyota GB for the supply and installation of ALUCA racking systems.
