Award Winning Conservation Charity, Twycross Zoo Have Selected Managed Service Provider, EBC Group as their New IT and Telephony Partner.
Award winning conservation charity, Twycross Zoo have selected managed service provider, EBC Group as their new IT and Telephony partner.
Having completed a thorough tender process, EBC Group were chosen above a selection of other providers to help Twycross Zoo invest and improve their current IT infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability as well as future proofing their systems. Investments will include; Managed IT Support, a new Backup and Recovery Solution, as well plans to implement a VoIP telephony system and site-wide Wi-Fi solution via new leased lines connections.

Having taken their IT requirements to market, EBC Group were able to demonstrate our exceptional tech skills throughout each level of the tender process, which led to us being chosen at the primary Managed Service Provider for their IT Services.’’
The investment will ensure that the organisation benefits from state-of-the-art technology, providing the latest in back-up and recovery solutions, as well as providing cost savings via a new VoIP telephony system, Swyx, which will accommodate 70 users across the organisation.
