Complete Kidz Celebrates 5 Year Anniversary with Successful Fundraiser

Complete KidzOn Thursday 17th November, Complete Kidz held a party to celebrate a successful 5 years of providing innovative health and fitness activities in the Black Country. They used the event to raise funds towards the annual Complete Kidz Children’s Christmas Party. Children, parents, supporters and staff were joined at the celebration by Councillor Susan Downing (Oldbury), the Deputy Mayor of Sandwell Council. Alongside delicious canapés & wine, cakes and biscuits for donations, a tombola and a raffle, the children of Complete Kidz put on a dazzling display of gymnastics and street dance.

The Deputy Mayor said “Jo and her team are a great asset to the borough and our children – they do a fantastic job. Good luck to them for the future because I know they are an absolutely brilliant group”.

Complete Kidz is a leading Community Interest Company, providing a wide range of affordable physical activity, sports coaching and educational services to improve the health and well-being of all age groups. Their goal is to raise the understanding of healthy eating and exercise amongst children and their parents, as well as offering economical high quality childcare.

Jo Haydon, Chief Executive of Complete Kidz, said: “we are delighted to be celebrating an exciting 5 years which has seen our holiday camps expand, the schools where we deliver curriculum enrichment increase and the number of children in our Totz Zone preschool grow as well. We were thrilled that the Deputy Mayor could be here to celebrate with us and we look forward to an even more fruitful next 5 years.”

They accomplish this through engaging children and their parents and encouraging them to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
