Black Country Business Festival Invites Region’s Manufacturers

This year’s Black Country Business Festival kicks off on Monday 4th October and offers a host of free events, many organised by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce.

From 4th to 15th October, the Black Country Chamber, along with companies and organisations from across the Black Country will be running events as part of the fourth Business Festival, aiming to help and inspire other businesses as the economy kick-starts again.

With the Black Country proudly boasting a huge, world-class manufacturing and engineering base, the region’s largest sector, the Chamber has partnered with leading law firm, FBC Manby Bowdler LLP, to present the ‘Manufacturing Roadshow’.

The event, specifically for Manufacturing and Engineering companies, has been organised to help those in the sectors, over 4000 businesses who employ around 67,000 people, to find the support available to them and help sign post them towards funding, grants, innovation and business growth support.

Organiser of the event, Joanna Smith Business Relationship Manager and manufacturing lead at the business support organisation said, “We have a limited number of exhibitions stands available for those companies who would like to exhibit on the day, so I’m keen to hear from anyone wanting to join us for the event.

“The event offers a great opportunity to meet likeminded businesses, network and share best practice and pick up lots of business support advice from the experts on hand.”

Exhibition stands at the event on the 12th of October at the Walsall Football Club, Banks's Stadium, cost just £25 plus VAT.
