Phoenix Materials Testing to Support Dudley Families Affected by Cancer

Employees at Phoenix Materials Testing Ltd have pledged their support to local charity, White House Cancer Support. Phoenix will be holding regular fundraising events to provide vital funds, which will help families affected by cancer within the Dudley Borough.

To celebrate the start of the partnership, Phoenix staff visited the White House on 5th September 2018 for a tour of the premises, and to see how their fundraising activities will support the charity's work.

Sam Shevyn, Operations Manager at Phoenix, says: "Our staff have been keen to work with a local charity to ensure that we give something back to our community.  The wonderful work of White House Cancer Support touched a chord with many of our own team and we are delighted to be able to provide vital funds and work in partnership with them."

White House Cancer Support is a local charity based in the centre of Dudley, West Midlands offering an extensive range of support and resources, including a bespoke transport service to attend cancer treatments, holistic therapies, counselling services including bereavement support, financial advice and guidance, and a variety of wellbeing services to those affected by a cancer diagnosis within the Dudley borough and surrounding areas.
