Black Country Chamber have been contacted by BEIS’ Internal Market Strategy Team, who wish to discuss with Black Country manufacturers how in a post-Brexit UK, the necessary mechanisms are in place to safeguard the continued movement of goods, services and labour within the UK. They want to speak with a mix of manufacturing and engineering firms and advanced manufacturers, with a focus on three key areas:

•            how your business relies on the movement of goods, services, and labour, within the UK
•            what are the most important regulations for your particular business and the sectors in which you
             operate

•            how you would like Government to communicate with your business in the future

We’re always keen to make sure that government listens to the voice of businesses in the Black Country - this is a great opportunity for Black Country manufacturers to be at the forefront of shaping domestic government policy and to have your voices heard.

We do hope you can join us to give your feedback on what the internal market strategy for the UK should be. The session will take place on Wednesday 21st August 2019, at the Wolverhampton Business Solutions Centre, from 12:00-13:30, with a light lunch provided.
