Chamber Hosts Award Winners Networking Lunch

As a blustery March wind blew across Wolverhampton Racecourse last week, (29th March), previous winners, supporters and business sponsors of the 2022 Black Country Chamber Business Awards gathered together for a networking lunch and to hear an update on this year’s awards from Chamber CEO Sarah Moorhouse.

Award nominations for the Chamber’s annual event, the region’s longest running business awards, skyrocketed last year, their 21st year, as they once again reflected the challenges and opportunities that businesses faced in a changing economic climate and landscape.

This year’s Business Awards will be launched in the coming weeks with the date to be announced for the next spectacular gala evening event of celebrations in the autumn.

The Awards will once again shine a spotlight on individual businesses and people working in vital parts of the region’s economy whilst championing innovation, collaboration and outstanding practices, which puts the Black Country on the map.
