Chamber Welcomes First Platinum Group Member of 2023

The Black Country Chamber of Commerce has welcomed Wolverhampton based Rothley Ltd to its Platinum Group, the first company to join the group in 2023.

Rothley, based on the Wobaston Road in the city, is a leading European supplier of DIY, builders’ products, and decorative hardware components, it was first founded in Birmingham over 190 years ago.

David Laschke is the company’s commercial director, he said, “The decision to join the Platinum Group was one of the factors that will help us in achieving significant growth through 2023.

“The ability to utilise group resource, network and share best practice is fundamental to maintaining a truly external viewpoint on both our operation and the potential market”.

The Platinum Group, the Chamber’s exclusive platform for business leaders, sees some of the region’s leading business professionals come together regularly to identify opportunities and tackle some of the challenges that impact their own organisations.

Led by Gail Arnold, head of premium memberships at the Chamber, who said, “I’m thrilled to welcome Rothley Ltd to the Platinum Group, a former Gold member of the Chamber, I’m looking forward to continuing our on-going work with David and his team along with every member of the Platinum Group throughout 2023.”
