Crowe webinar will focus on finance

Commercial finance options will be in the spotlight on Wednesday 9 November in a free webinar from national audit, tax, advisory and risk firm Crowe.

The webinar, which runs from 12.00 to 13.00, is being presented by Crowe Directors Julie Mole and Chasz Coulsting.

Julie Mole said: “Whether you are looking to finance current activity, expansion, or diversification, you will learn all you need to know about available commercial funding and how to obtain it.

“The webinar is aimed at finance directors and business owners of any private company or organisation wanting to know more about commercial finance options.”

Topics covered will include types of debt financing, including invoice financing and asset based lending, trade finance and term loans.

Julie said: “We will be highlighting what lenders need from you to improve your chances of obtaining finance.”

Also covered will be equity and other funding options, including venture capital, growth equity and private equity.

Julie is a Director in Crowe’s Debt Advisory Team providing support and advice on different types of funding and restructuring, as well as having access to a wide variety of lenders.

She joined Crowe in 2017 after a long career in NatWest, latterly as a Director in Corporate and Commercial Banking.

She has vast experience of dealing with a number of different transactions and sectors.

Chasz Coulsting is a Director in Crowe’s Corporate Finance team, providing lead advisory and transaction support services. He joined Crowe in 2015 and has predominately advised SMEs and also worked on a number of cross-border transactions. He provides advice to businesses seeking equity investment.
