The Homelessness Covenant is a pledge by employers to prevent and end homelessness

Employers have a huge collective power to make positive changes in the lives of millions of people across the UK.

The Homelessness Covenant, developed by Crisis and the DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) and DLUHC (Department for Levelling up, Housing and Communities), is a pledge by employers to prevent and end homelessness through inclusive and supportive employment practices.

It is a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion and sends a powerful message about valuing the dignity of everyone in your organisation.

By signing up, you’ll gain access to valuable resources, best practice approaches, and networking opportunities. You will be part of a collective effort to tackle the root causes of homelessness and provide support to those affected.
