Walsall Council is offering local businesses the opportunity of intensive one-to-one business support.

Through the ERDF-funded AIM for Gold programme, businesses are being urged to take advantage of this support before the ceasing of EU structural funds in early 2023.

What is a Business Growth Plan?

You’ll spend time, virtually or in person, with one our Account Managers, who will run you through the process.

Our growth plan and diagnostic includes a company overview, a breakdown of key challenges, business objectives and the identification of growth areas. Through our targeted one-to-one support, our Account Managers will offer direct support on how to overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities.

Most importantly, our team of advisers will offer practical support and guidance on areas such as financial planning, cash flow forecasting and digital marketing.

This means, helping to simplify the complex landscape of business support, by linking you in with the right people in the right organisations or utilising our own local authority expertise.
