Team Coinadrink headed to Flight Club, Birmingham, for our first team outing.

Coinadrink Limited’s first ever “staff social” event took place at Flight Club Darts, Birmingham, on Saturday 17th February 2024.

It was an afternoon of fun, laughs and light competition, with the team making memories with each other outside their usual working environment.

Our business culture has always been centred around our employees. After all, without them we’d be nothing.

Right from day one in 1962, moulding a welcome “family-type” working environment has been extremely important to us.

From promoting consistent growth and development through education, to becoming an official Real Living Wage employer, we like to think we regularly show our appreciation to those who represent our business so well.

Our first ever staff social event on Saturday was on the back of wanting to do even more for our team as we entered 2024.

We like to think that we’re all more than just work colleagues here at Coinadrink. Indeed, we’re friends as much as anything.

Staff social was all about moulding those relationships further, outside of the workplace in a fun and relaxing setting. Flight Club seemed the perfect venue, and so the event was all booked at the start of the year.

And what an event it was! Drinks were prepared on arrival, and we enjoyed some food during the session. Meanwhile, it wasn't long before the darts got underway, and the competition soon followed after!

You’ll have to head to our social media profiles to view the full range of photos and videos, but needless to say everyone had a wonderful time in each other’s company.

And as it turns out, we’re not bad at darts either…

A big thank you to Flight Club, Birmingham, for being such wonderful hosts on the day. It was a great occasion that brought “Team Coinadrink” even closer together.
