There has been a lot of talk about, skills gaps, recruitment worries and a complicated funding structure in the UK for supporting employers and this is what we want to explore with the launch of the latest In-Comm Training Barometer.

We aim to capture the landscape of training and the issues, challenges and opportunities facing management teams as they look to balance new opportunities in reshoring, electrification and advanced manufacturing with an ever-shrinking talent pool.

The results are used to inform the In-Comm Training offer and, importantly lobby MPs, Ministers, funding bodies and trade associations to ensure you get the support and funding required to bridge the skills gap.
