Fresh employment opportunities emphasise positive growth for the firm, in what remains an unprecedented world.

Thanks to impressive growth, West Midlands vending operator Coinadrink Limited has employed 18 new staff across a variety of departments in 2022.

Coinadrink reported that they had climbed back to pre-Covid trading levels towards the end of 2021 and the last 12 months have shown no sign of slowing down. A healthy mix of new business and existing customer upgrades presented a very busy period, a welcome “problem” in the current climate.

The majority of the new faces have joined the business in the operations department, who are responsible for replenishing and maintaining customers’ vending equipment, and generally providing the excellent service Coinadrink is known for from the front line.

Eleven operators have joined the business in total with the other seven primarily being office based. There have been two new arrivals across sales and marketing, two in logistics/purchasing, one in IT and one in admin. The remaining new starter is part of the installations department.

Coinadrink Limited is a regional operator that delivers a tailored vending service backed up by unrivalled customer support. By sticking to values that have been ingrained from the very beginning in 1962, the family-run business is today one of the leading firms in its field.

This latest good news is testament to the trust that companies across the West Midlands and immediate surrounding areas continue to place in Coinadrink. High demand for their services has opened up lots of employment opportunities.

The business provides quality workplace refreshment solutions that represent excellent employee perks, from small office coffee machines and water coolers to fully managed vending machines including hot and cold drinks, snacks, and fresh food.

Managing Director Tom Williams said: “We pride ourselves on the high-quality service we provide to our customers. This commitment has seen us expand our customer base extensively over the past 12 months, with many businesses trusting us to be their refreshment partner.

To ensure our service levels remain of the highest standard, we have recruited new staff to cope with the demand. We envisage further new employment opportunities for four more people before the end of the year.”

In addition to going the extra mile for their long-standing customer base, Coinadrink also goes above and beyond for their own staff, who they have always placed at the very heart of their success.

A multitude of perks include an approved apprenticeship programme that is open to all staff members who want to further their knowledge and get closer to reaching their full potential. They also commit to paying all staff “what we can afford instead of what we can get away with”.

Treating their team with care and respect is perhaps the reason why the business records such a low turnover of staff. Today, the average length of service at Coinadrink stands at just shy of 13 years. Many have worked there for over 25 years, an achievement that is recognised at the annual long service dinner towards the end of each year.

With a reputation for providing a “family-type” working culture, it is no surprise to see so many employees eager to jump on board.
