More than 800 employers in your area have already joined the MHPP Journey

The Mental Health Productivity Pilot (MHPP) offers a package of initiatives to employers to help them to support the mental health and wellbeing of their employees to help them to remain in and thrive at work.

The MHPP is currently funded until December 2023 and is available to employers in the West and East Midlands.

When people are happy and healthy at work, everyone benefits. A healthy workforce contributes to a healthier economy, organisational sustainability and the growth of our region. MHPP is working with employers and employees across the Midlands to improve mental wellbeing in the workplace. Our support costs nothing and can lead to a happier, healthier workforce, which is priceless.

The MHPP is hosting two engagement events which focus on different sectors (with further sector-specific events to follow).

Employers can sign up to learn more about the offer:

  • Construction sector: Building Resilience in Your Team – Mental Health and Construction Sector – Tuesday 28 February 2.00 pm – 3.00 pm. Book your place on Eventbrite here
  • Education sector: Lessons in Leading Wellbeing in the Education Sector – Tuesday 28 February 3.30 pm – 4.30 pm. Book your place on Eventbrite here

More than 800 employers in your area have already joined the MHPP Journey. With our help they are putting measures in place to support mental wellbeing in the workplace – and there is no financial cost to join them. Join the movement driving change in the Midlands to make it the place of choice to live and work.
