Leading water safety specialist Nant has teamed up with risk management, intelligence and transformation specialist MoRServ to help the business stay at the forefront of sector innovation and achieve delivery excellence.

Working with Nant colleagues across all departments, MoRServ has delivered a number of workshops to help the business identify key areas where it can improve operations.

Experts from MoRServ conducted thorough audits and risk assessments of business strategies, technology, processes, policies and procedures to highlight areas for improvement.

Nant will now be working towards an ongoing plan with clear priorities and delivery strategies.
